interesting - I am already writing a short story on dolls for next collection - not coming to life as such - this could be a nice companion for it - 'tis mulling over in my mind already -thanks
David--Yes, too many horrifying dolls out there already, but done right, it can still make a good story. Heck, even cliched tales can still send shivers down some readers spines--dolls seem to have that draw to them.
Alberta--I hope this inspires something excellent!

Horror is certainly where I would go with it, but I could see it as humor, sci-fi, even fantasy, epic or modern. Depends on what you do with it! :-)
ReplyDeleteYep, could easily go fantasy. Horror is a good way to go, but seems to be too many horrorifying dolls as it is.
